How much will households receive?
Eligible households will receive between $110 and $190, depending on their HDB flat type. The April and July 2026 U-Save rebates were increased under the Budget 2026 support measures.
Do you need to apply?
No application is required. The rebate will be automatically credited to the household’s SP Services utilities account.
S&CC Rebates
Service and Conservancy Charges rebates will also be provided to eligible HDB households.
Who is eligible?
Singaporean households living in HDB flats that do not own private property and have not rented out their entire flat.
How much will households receive?
Eligible households will receive either:
- One month of S&CC fee waiver for 4-room flats and smaller
- Half a month of S&CC fee waiver for 5-room flats and larger

June 2026: $500 CDC Vouchers
Singaporean households can receive a fresh round of CDC Vouchers worth $500.
The vouchers, originally scheduled for January 2027, were brought forward to June 2026.

The $500 support package includes:

S&CC Rebates

August 2026: GST Voucher Cash and MediSave Payments
August brings two major forms of GST Voucher support.
GST Voucher – Cash
This payment is designed to help lower-income Singaporeans manage their daily expenses.
Who may qualify?
Singapore Citizens aged 21 and above who meet the relevant income, property and home annual value requirements.
How much will eligible Singaporeans receive?
The cash payout ranges from:
- $450
- $850
The final amount depends on the annual value of the individual’s place of residence.

Additional household support will arrive again in October.
Enhanced U-Save

The Government doubled the original U-Save rebate amounts for October 2026 and January 2027.
The rebate will automatically appear in eligible households’ SP Services utility accounts.
S&CC Rebates
Eligible households will receive either:
- One month of fee waiver for smaller HDB flats

December 2026: CPF Top-Ups and Assurance Package
December will bring retirement support for eligible older Singaporeans, along with another cash support measure.

Singaporeans aged 50 and above in 2026 whose CPF retirement savings fall below the specified threshold.

$500 and $1,500

Assurance Package Cash Payment
